If you believe your pet is ill and soon to pass away then consult your Veterinarian as soon as possible. If it comes to it you may have to book an appointment with your vet for a euthanasia. Arrange with your veterinarian as to how you wish to handle the cremation process. If you would like to witness the cremation or utilize our services directly then give us a call or email and arrange an appointment. Many Clinics utilize our services for all their cremation needs and as such may be able to handle all your needs. If they do not, many will welcome you to arrange cremation directly through us or make specific requests.

No, this must be performed by a licensed veterinary professional. We work closely with mobile vets who will come to your home as well as Veterinarians which can provide such services at their clinics. Mobile options are popular and allow the process to be done in a place of comfort and privacy for your pets if you so choose. We can coordinate with your vet and accommodate all of your needs.

If your pet has passed away at home you can chose whether to arrange an appointment for us to pick your pet up at your home, arrange with your veterinary provider to handle the aftercare process or to bring your pet out to our site yourself. If your pet has passed away late at night or on weekends or holidays we can make exceptions to pick up outside of regular hours. In the chance we are unable to before morning then make sure to keep your pet in a dry, cool location with easy access and we will arrive as early as possible. We can if wanted deliver your urn back to your home or vet clinic of choice and can accommodate to best fit your schedule.

Private cremations (also known as individual cremations) are conducted with only your pet present in the cremation chamber, accompanied by a unique metal ID tag and whatever complements the owner wishes to send with their pet. The ashes are then collected and placed in an urn of your choosing and returned to you. Communal cremations (also known as group or regular cremations) do not receive the ashes back as communal cremations are conducted with several different pets in the chamber at once. The ash from these cremations is then scattered on our property. If you wish to have multiple of your own pets cremated at once we can also accommodate accordingly.

Cremation is the process wherein through intense heat a body is transformed into cremains. Cremains are what is left after the cremation is complete and consist of ash, bone and other residue. This is then collected in its entirety and processed until it has all been converted to fine ash. The ash is then either placed in an urn for delivery to you or in the case of communal cremation disposed respectfully via scattering.
